I've been thinking about this for a while now, but I wanted to see what you guys think.
F/P Mage - Strong single attacks, however, NO mob attacks till 3'rd job advance
I/L Mage - Have both mob attacks AND single attacks, but high MP costs. I heard somewhere that I/L's get lower item and money drops? Can anyone confirm this?
Cleric - Heal looks awesome, but only mob attack Clerics have, and only works against undead. Holy Arrow sounds alright.
So, what do you guys think? Also, any info on support spells would be good too.

I've also heard that Clerics level the fastest up from Level 45+, but I'm not sure. Once you hit level 38 as a Cleric, things get interesting, as you'll be able to handle Jr. Wraiths alright. That's the level I'm at now, and I'm giving Chronos a shot at level 40. I'll give you an update on that once I get there.

Let see,
Fire/Poison mage: Powerful, and has the most variety of monsters to kill(there are more monsters weak against fire than I, L, and heal)
Ice/Lit: Now I can't confirm the whole ice/lit item drop thing but it would make since since I never get anything good(or maybe I'm just not lucky...yeah that probably it)
Ice Frezzes an enemy for two seconds once max, thus they can't counter you(you lose less mp) Lit is usless for the most part, as a loner magic, you can't just have Lightning and go training with it alone, you'' get knowhere fast. (Ice+Lit equals less monster than Fire(just fire) in the amount of monsters weak against your element)
Cleric: Weakest in power but hey you can heal and just like fire mages you have a large amount of monsters you have to choose from when it comes to training(after lvl 40 about a new monsters to try every three lvls) and what Flayd is true after lvl 45+ they are the fastest at training.

I vote Fire/Poison. It sounds like the most fun to me. Cleric didn't sound that bad, I just think FP sounded more interesting because of the number of enemies to kill, although cleric does get some good ones too.

Woahmfg. I wrote a whole paper on this and then closed out.
But clerics are the easiest and most wanted. Rich bastages too. Barely need potions. Level the easiest, get the most money, everyone wants one in a party.
So clerics are the easy route.

ALright guys, thanks for the input. I'm leaning heavily towards F/P Mage, but that can change over the next 8 levels. Fire Arrow looks sexy >_>
